The Airport Property Partnership (APP), a joint venture between SEGRO and Aviva Investors, is pleased to announce a trio of deals at Heathrow Airport to Worldwide Flight Services and existing customer Courier Facilities Limited totalling 83,000 sq ft.

Worldwide Flight Services is taking 51,377 sq ft at Scylla Road on a seven year lease, whilst Courier Facilities Limited is leasing a new unit of 13,718 sq ft and also re-gearing its lease on 17,926 sq ft at Sandringham Road, both for a period of five years, taking its total occupancy at Heathrow to 31,644 sq ft.

APP delivers strategically well located industrial assets that offer customers direct airside and landside access, which remain popular with a wide range of cargo handlers and distribution companies.

Alan Holland, Director of APP and SEGRO’s Business Unit Director for Greater London, said: “We are continuing to see an increase in take up across our grade A assets in Heathrow which deliver strong operational advantages to our customers. Our assets in Heathrow remain popular with freight and airline businesses who are seeking high quality, modern business space in a prime location. We will continue to invest in our portfolio at Heathrow and already have a number of deals in the pipeline.”

APP is a joint venture between SEGRO and Aviva Investors.  SEGRO is the asset manager, while Aviva Investors is the fund manager.
