Poor Centurion. It must surely know its way around a US law court by now. The latest legal battle comes courtesy of its Miami facility landlord, Aero Miami III, which on 15 January filed a suit to evict Centurion. The airline, however, claims it is up-to-date with the rent money – and in fact has an outstanding case against Aero Miami, filed in 2013, which said the company was overcharging and that the building itself had defects. As an aside, this article notes that the airline has added four 747-400Fs to its fleet in the past 10 months, and is expecting another two by July.
