It looks as if the EU investigation into the shipping lines is coming to a close – without penalty. It’s not been officially announced yet, but it appears that the 15 major shipping lines accused of illegally orchestrating price hikes via GRIs will escape unscathed – but they have offered to publish binding, capped, rates 31 days in advance.
