Inditex has always been a good company to watch, as it broke with supply chain tradition, with the term ‘fast fashion’ coined to describe its model. But now it is changing. Last year, China became Zara’s second largest market in terms of number of stores. But with some 50% of its inventory made in Spain, Portugal, Morocco and Turkey, how will it manage its supply chain?
