Last year was a bad one for Abu Dhabi carrier Etihad, posting a loss of $1.87bn, leading to the departure of previous chief executive James Hogan. His replacement, Peter Baumgartner, talks about what when wrong and developing the airline’s strategic review and new medium- and long-term plans in this interview with Air Transport World. Not much specifically on cargo, but an interesting overview of the airline nonetheless.
