Did Apple book every cargo flight out of China for iPhone 6?

The word is that it’s tough to get flights out of China to the US in advance of Apple’s iPhone 6 launch on September 19. Three carriers are said to be the main beneficiaries. The news comes as UK mobile retailer, Phones 4U, went into administration on Sunday night, as third-party re-sellers feel the heat of the networks looking for savings.
