UPS has pledged investment into intra-Asian services to boost the hi-tech and luxury markets. Eyeing e-commerce, it believes Chinese manufacturers will be able to sell high-end products to Asia Pacific consumers. However, a recent survey conducted by UPS found that more than half of China’s exporters wanted to grow business in Europe, while a third was targeting North America.
